Jubilee Anti-Racism Training - March 2018

February 1, 2018

You have another opportunity to join the next Jubilee Anti-Racism Training-- a 2½ day power analysis of racism in our lives, church, and society.

Do you wish to nurture your congregation’s multicultural future in the face of opposing cultural currents? Do you wish to deepen your understanding of how race and ethnicity play out in our institutions and our daily lives?

Jubilee Anti-Racism Training helps participants understand what is involved in nurturing a multicultural community and working against racism in all of its forms. The workshop requires a weekend commitment; and past participants will tell you that it is worth every minute of that commitment!

The next Jubilee Anti-Racism Training in our UUA cluster will be held at the UU Congregation of York.

Friday, March 23, 2018 - 5:00 pm to Sunday, March 25, 2018 - 5:00 pm

Please register directly with the UUA  https://www.uua.org/central-east/events/region/jubilee-anti-racism-training-york-pa-0318

Please see Rev. Sandra Fees about scholarships for the $160 registration fee (ministeruuberks@gmail.com).

Questions? Contact Adele Wallace at adele.claire.wallace@gmail.com or 484-529-5410.

Thank you for helping our congregation and community learn how to dismantle systemic racism and travel on this Journey Toward Wholeness together!
