Celebrate: Possibility, Potential, Promise

January 29, 2015

It’s that time of year when your church leaders must start working on next year’s fiscal plan.   There is great enthusiasm building as we offer more adult and youth programs, work on important social justice issues and see new energy emanating from our talented musicians.    We have so much potential and the best way for us to move forward is to know what resources, (both in talent and in treasure), we have to work with.

That is why pledging to support our annual budget (your promise) is vitally important.

UU History Film Series & Discussion to Resume in January

December 17, 2014

The film series will resume with Part III on Wednesday, January 21 at 7:00pm.

In the first two sessions we covered the roots of liberal religion going back before Christianity and the Birth of Unitarianism in Europe 1553-1794.  We had good attendance and enthusiasm.

We will now pick up with American Unitarianism 1620 to 1880.

Each session stands alone as a segment of history, so if you missed one or both of the first sessions, you will be able to begin where we are now.
