Opportunity to Join the Church

October 17, 2018

Have you been reflecting on your relationship with the church and finding yourself ready to make the commitment to be a member? Those who are newer to our church community will have the opportunity to officially join as members on Sunday, November 4. During the worship service that day, there will be a ceremony for new members along with recognition of all lengths of membership. If you are considering joining the church and would like to participate in the ceremony, please contact Mike Mannix, Membership Chair, at mike@mannix.com or Rev. Sandra Fees at ministeruuberks@gmail.com

Celebrating Our Members

October 17, 2018

Did you know we have people in our church who have been members for more than 50 years? On Sunday, November 6, we will be celebrating all the members of our church by their length of membership, including officially inducting new members. The sermon will reflect on what it means to "come home to church." Please come and join in this special time to recognize the commitments and gifts of those who have given their hearts to UU and to UU Berks.
