What Happens Next

We’ve lived two years under the Trump administration, two months since an historic “blue wave” upset the power balance in Washington, and two weeks since the wheels came off the bus.  The intensity of our public life has taken a toll, and it’s natural to long for an easier, softer way of life. But when everything we hold dear is on the line, and the path forward is lined with fear and anger, we have to find new ways of being – and doing.

Contemplative Companions

Join us on Monday January 7th, 7:00-8:30 pm in the Gerber Room. Pat Babel will lead us in a contemplative experiential exercise and sharing on the theme of “Chapter II: God is still creating – an opportunity to change a story that no longer serves you.”

Family Promise Needs Your Help

January 13, 2019

 Jan. 13 - Jan 27, 2019 (over MLK Holiday) All nights are long for families experiencing homeless. Please help three families (including 6 teenagers!) see the light of our love and hospitality!  We will host them in our church for meals and overnight stays during the week of Dec. 2-9, 2018 and January 13 through 27th.
