Considering Membership Class

We will be holding a March 24th for the next Considering Membership Class on March 24th after coffee hour. Anyone interested in becoming a member is encouraged to attend. The next New Member Welcoming Ceremony will be Sunday, April 7th.

Part Two of the UU History Series

Part II of the UU History Program is scheduled on March 3 following church service.
It will be held in the Sanctuary.  This topic is "Birth of Unitarianism"  The history covered is the early formation of a Unitarian theology in Transylvania, and then to other European

First UU’s Service Auction with the theme “Shine Like the Stars” is coming up on Saturday, April 6, and is a fun evening of fellowship as well as significant fund-raiser for our congregation’s missions.

Part of that fun is the descriptions of the many auction items – many given from the heart! – and those descriptions are preserved in a keepsake program included in the price of your Service Auction admission ticket.

Contemplative Companions

 Join us on Monday March 4th, @ 7:00pm for an opening time of silent reflection. Wilfriede Axsmith will then guide us in the practice of Zentangle. There will be opportunity to share about the experience, followed by a closing reading around 8:30 pm. All are welcome. Contact Nadine Smet-Weiss ( for further information.

John Pavlovitz, writer, pastor, and activist, is coming to Reading, November 8-10, 2019. Pavlovitz is committed to equality, diversity, and justice, both inside and outside faith communities. Thanks to a DeBenneville grant we’re able to bring him to the area for several events focusing on social justice. Keep an eye on the Univoice for more details.
